This basically sums up how I have been doing on the healthy eating front. LA and vegas will be here before I know it and I don't want to worry about my weight so I am recommiting today to get back to eating as clean and healthy as possible and tracking my food intake. This means that I will have to menu plan for each week so that I have an idea of what I am going to eat during the week. I do have 3 days that I will be having a girls getaway and I don't know if it will be rude or not but I am brining a cooler with my own food in it. I am taking this serious and I am sure my friends will respect me for this choice (I am sure as long as I drink with them they won't care what i eat ;) ).
Not much really planned this long weekend and I think we will just play it by ear. I can't believe that tomorrow is Sept 1st and the kids go back to school on tues. I found the summer went by pretty fast. This is going to be a great fall though. a bunch of concerts to go to, the girls getaway, trip to LA and Vegas and another half marathon (which I need to get more serious with my training).
