7 weeks

OMG i can't believe that I have let 8 weeks of time to eat healthy slip by.  Oh well, I just need to be extra diligent for the next 7 weeks. I have a goal in mind but really i know that if I eat healthy foods and exercise for these next 7 weeks I will feel good mentally and physically despite what the scale says.  Wish me luck!!!

I need to take advantage of the extra day off I have this week.  What it means is I actually have 5 full days off.  I need to clean and cook.  I plan on making 2 or 3 soups this week.  They make such an easy lunch for me at work.  I will make 1 a day.  I think for today I will make the roasted sweet potato soup and buy a chicken so I can cut it up to add protein to the soup.  It would be nice to have my fall cleaning done this week!!!

Well I need to finish my breakfast and tackle the kitchen.  That is the first thing I need to work on.
