So it has been 2 weeks since i have started to eat health (mostly clean foods) and no diet coke. I feel the best I have in a long time. I still need to work on my exercise though but it is coming. I did PT on monday and went for a 4.8k run today (a day after my oral surgery…the run took a lot out of me).
I just need to stay motivated to continue this past he 40 days. I am sure by that time things will become more of a habit. I will have a few events during these 40 days but I just need to make smart choices. The majority of them will involve drinking so I need to go easy on the booze. I just want a nice buzz, not have my head in the toilet. I am so done with that foolishness!!!!
Trying to figure out what to do for my husbands 40th bday party is really stressing me out. If the grill does not work out I will just have an open style here at the house. I am still waiting to hear back from the legion here in caledonia though. Hope they get back to me soon.
I can't wait for summer to get here. The roads were a bit slippery when I went for my run this morning. It will be nice not to have to worry about that. I need to get out and get my training started for my half marathon on June 1st. I do have a training plan for 10 weeks that I printed on line I just need to follow it to a T no matter what.
I asked my beach body coach about my 21 day fix package. she is keeping track of it and says it hasn't been sent yet. I would love to have another 10 lbs off before they sent it. I know what my healthy/happy weight is and I want to reach that again. I felt so healthy and happy when I reached it before. I just feel back into old habits and put a lot back on. so not worth it and will do my best not to do it again.
