I always intend to start a new blog but I always end up coming back to this one ;)
My bootcamp instructor is doing a nutrition/workout program again but this one has more accountability to her so of course I signed up for it. I have been having such a hard time getting back on track and getting back into my exercise grove. I had so much to eat yesterday that my stomach is still quite sore from what I put in it. I was feeling pretty down but I went for a nice long, brisk walk (just over 6K) and it made me feel so much better. I have been spot on with my eating today and hope I don't sabotage things this evening. I have a snack planned out and I will do my best to tidy of the kitchen which will pass some time and maybe even enough til i can have my snack :)
My plan is to go to bed early and get up so I can do a 3K run tomorrow and sat before going to work. I always feel so much better when exercise is in my life.
I can't wait to get started on the program that J is developing for me. I will do it this time!!
