So today is going to be the first day of me going to the gym in a long time. I used to love going to the gym but for some reason I am a little nervous about going. I am doing this program developed by J and I am actually a week behind. Last week I would say I did about 10% on the program (if that). This week I am hoping to do 100% I want to be spot on with the eating and get all my workouts in. I am trying to determine which ones I can do at home and which ones I will need the gym for. I guess even if I can't do many at home I could make some changes to gear it towards being done at home.
I have just over 2 weeks til a wedding and I want my dress to fit on better then when I bought it. I started eating better on saturday which is exactly 2 weeks til the big day. The next big event after that will be boots & hearts and then my trip down east. I would love to have 15-20 lbs off by then. I know I can if I am really good. I know that drinking will be involved in the 2 events I have coming up but as long as the workouts and the eating are ok I should be ok.
Well I must get going to the gym before I back out.
