So I had all these great plans for June and I seemed to put them all on the back burner. I am going to take today and tomorrow to try and get my focus back. Get back into the regular exercise, tracking what I eat, try to eat as clean as possible, drink more water, get the house organized somewhat before going back to work on Saturday (clean kitchen, bathroom's and try to have the laundry done and put away). There is no reason why I can't acheive those goals in the next 2 days. Because my eating hasn't been the best I am really starting to feel it. I need to get more serious with it so that I can have a great race in October. Tomorrow will be the offical start date of my training so I need to work on a training plan today.
I had a great day yesterday with some girls from work. I had a bit too much sun and too much to drink. I was at A's from 1130-8pm. what an awesome day. I am having the next pool party so I need to keep my house somewhat presentable so I am not frantically cleaning the day before the party.
Well I must get ready to go for my PT session. It has been almost 2 weeks so it will kill me but in a good way.
