Today I am getting back on track and started the day off with a 4K run. It was a much better run then I had the other day which I am very thankful for. It is crazy how food intake and hydration play such an important role. I am really hoping that me heading back to work will help out with getting my food consumption back on track. I actually got on the scale this morning (after breakfast and a coffee so not a true weight) and was a bit disappointed but not surprised). I know that on the 30th I will be partying but can still keep my food healthy but up until then I need to really be focused. I really want this weight that I have put on in the last couple of weeks to come off and I know that it will if I eat clean and exercise.
I still need to work on that training schedule that I have been talking about. I think that I will make monday my offical start date and go from there. I am hoping I can get my butt out of bed at least 1 of my 2 days over the weekend to run. I really would like both days but we will see how it goes.
I am going to have all my meals planned for while at work which always helps. I made an awesome smoothie yesterday and will try to make that a snack instead of a kashi bar since they make me want to have a whole bunch of them which I know is not healthy at all. I am going to do some research into healthy smoothies.
