So I am day 4 of getting back on track with eating and I feel so much better. I avoided all the junk food that was at work last night and when I weighed myself this morning I am so happy that I did.
When I go away next week for boots and hearts I need to keep make smart choice with my food consumption. I know that drinking will be involved and I want to be able to do that so I need to make those smart food choices.
I went for a 5K run when I got up today. I had to get up early today because of an appt and going to a concert tonight. I found my legs were so heavy which is not an uncommon feeling when I go for a run post nights.
Well I must be going now. I need to make a smart food choice at the Keg tonight.
