I still have 30 lbs to get off and now I have this big trip to use as a motivator and goal date. I have a lot of events in the next few weeks so I am going to suck it up and just prepare meals for myself and not really care what others think of this. I am doing it for myself as I am much happier when I eat healthy.
I have to get up extra early tomorrow so I can get my long run in. I really wish I had done it today but it didn't happen so I will have to suck it up and do it tomorrow. I will have to be out the door by 5 in order to complete it and give myself some walk time if needed.
On tuesday before my PT session I will go to WW and WI and get a new tracker. I just need to be more diligent with counting my points as that works best for me (and eat clean points).
I hope that in 15 weeks that my post before going away will have me at my goal weight!!!!
