ENOUGH with the excuses

once again I have not been doing very good with getting myself on track.  when I follow a healthy diet I feel amazing, when I don't I feel awful.  Why would one do something that makes them feel awful.  It does not make any sense to me at all.

I am going to do my best to stay on track for the remainder of December and start the new year off at a healthier weight then I am right now.  Plus I am going to start training for my half marathon and 30K race in March.  Can't put off the exercise and eating healthy any longer.

Today started off good with an 11K run.  Wasn't done at a time I would have liked but I am happy to say that I actually did 11K.  On Saturday I want to get 14K in.  I do have that 10 miler on boxing day and want to be somewhat prepared for it.
