counting points

18 more days til cams and 25 til the new year.  I will be counting points until the new year.  I am not starting the new year at this weight.  What I will do to help with the weight loss are:
1.  start running again (did a 4K walk/run this morning….hard but a good hard)
2.  see Jill 2x/week and maybe a home workout or gym workout
3.  menu plan and meal prep
4.  keep my house organized

Today I will prep my menu and buy groceries and cook a few dishes so they will be easy to take to work etc.  I have so many things going on next year that I do NOT want to struggle with what to wear and I want to feel my best when I go to them.

Here is to an on track rest of December!!
