post night workout

After my night shift last night I headed out to Jills and actually did a 60 min workout.  It was hard but I am so happy that I actually did it.  Tomorrow I won't have time to workout as I am going to a conference in TO.  

I made myself breakfast and lunch and a snack to take with me to the conference.  1 to save money and 2 so that I will be able to stay on track.  I have been feeling so great that I don't want to blow it by not eating healthy.  

On sunday I hope to get a run in.  It felt good yesterday to get out and do a 4K run/walk and I want to keep it up.  everyday that I don't train I want to do a run.

i don't really have much to talk about today.  Hope to have a great weekend.
