90 day challenge

I am not starting this challenge now but going to do my best when we get back from the cruise.  I am going to do my best to eat as healthy as possible while we are away.  i think that there are salad bars on the boat so that will be a big help.  I do know what to do it is just a matter of doing it.  We have 11 days until we leave and I am going to follow the simply for life program as best I can for those 11 days.  I need to get serious and find some discipline within myself to regroup and be as healthy as possible.  Why am I putting crap into my body when I know that it makes me feel so horrible.

I just got done making a running plan to help me be as ready as possible for around the bay in March.  I have 23 weeks to train.  The training will include healthy eating, weight training and of course running.  if I could just get a few weeks in of running 4-5 x/week I will feel so much better about the running.

getting this house organized and clean is something else I want to achieve before we leave on our trip.  Coming home to a nice clean house will be so nice.

Well I am going to do some more computer stuff and then have some lunch.
