I need to stop this. I need to get myself completely back on the wagon and sit right in the middle and not fall off again. what better time to do this but Oct 1st. I had a few really good days and a few really bad days and of course I felt awful when I had my bad days. What set me off on my bad days was when I worked a day instead of a night and did not have any of my meals planned. it makes such a huge difference in how I do if I don't have meals planned.
I really miss running so I am going to get back into it. My plan is to start tomorrow. I will be doing my 6K walk route and build myself from walking it to running it. I will use my garmin to keep track of how much I actually run.
