I woke up with a sore throat and was just not feeling that great. I did almost 7K for a run. I am starting to wonder if I will be ready for this half marathon. I NEED to make sure that I run 16K next weekend and 18K the following weekend so that I know I can get some long distance running in. I will make sure that I do go down to the waterfront to do these runs.
I did go to WI this morning and was not totally shocked by the number that came up on the scale. My 12 week challenge starts today. I will rock this challenge. I will not let my body down. I will get my healthy lifestyle back.
I am back to work tomorrow. I will do 5K runs before each of my day shifts just like I used too.
Well hope everyone is having a great long weekend (unless your a shift worker like me and are working some of this weekend)
