and I still haven't gotten my act together :( I have to get serious about this, the weight is creeping on and my mood is changing as my diet has changed from clean to crap.
Goals for May:
attempt my 3rd half marathon (will probably walk/run this one) - decided not to run this :(
run 4x/week
strength train 3x/week
hot yoga - everyday that I can
clean eating/stay OP
keep house tidy
1 snack in evening
1 pop, 1 coffee/day unless working nights
healthy snacks to have in the house
almonds
apples
bananas
kashi bars
grapes
oranges
natural peanut butter
veggies
plan menu for my day and stick to it!!!!!
I need to get this extra weight off and I will do it before heading down east for our summer trip :)
