Sticking with it

So my hubby is gone until monday so I need to stay true to myself and stick to the eating healthy while he is away.  After hearing Tim's new CD today and seeing him on Ellen will help me do just that.  I probably ate most of my flex pts today though.  I had bought a hot chocolate from McDonalds made with skim milk and no whip cream and it was still 8 pts  CRAZY  I won't do that again.

I went for a 3k run which was an awesome run.  I ran the 3K with no walk break at all.  I can't remember the last time I did that.  Tomorrow I will be heading to the gym.  I sure hope it isn't crazy busy and I am sure the workout will be awesome.  I will do my weights first and then I may just hop on the treadmill for some cardio. 

I need to make some yummy foods for the next few days and have them ready so I don't feel the temptaion of too many BLT's.

Well I am going to bed now.
