So I am on day 3 of eating healthy. I feel pretty good but my stomach has been acting up because of all the veggies I am eating. Hopefully this little side effect will end soon ;)
I have ran the last 3 days and I am not sure that I find it hard because I still have a bit of my cold lingering (especially in my chest) or if I am that out of shape. I have been having this debate with myself about doing the gym or lean and fit. I think that I should try to do bootcamp 2x/week and then go to the gym 1x/week until my lean and fit membership is done (which isn't til august). I do love bootcamp so I need to give this one a chance. I probably won't start next week but the week after. I am not sure which class I will do but I will try a 6am class (if possible) and hope that it isn't as busy at the 930 one. Once that membership is done I am going to stick with just a gym membership providing that I can transfer my current one to the new gym that is suppose to open in the summer. It looks like it is coming along great so I really hope it will be sooner. What would be so awesome would be if the gym would offer a bootcamp style class :)
I am trying to make enough meals in advance to last me a couple of weeks (for lunches). I have turkey burgers made and I made some roasted sweet potato soup last night which I do love. I will just add 2 oz of chicken to it for some protein.
Well I want to read some blogs and then get some work done around the house. I am back to work tomorrow. On sunday I will post my 1st week weigh in results. My starting weight that I am going with is 179.6. I need to remember I have a curise coming up and I want to look good on that cruise.
