May

This will be the month that I get things under control. I have spent 6 months eating whatever I want and because of that I have put on 30 lbs!!!! That is a lot of weight in a short time and I know that it is not good for my body. I really do feel it.

I decided, finally, that I am not going to do my half marathon this month. I know that my body is not in the shape it needs to be in to complete this race and I am not taking the chance of having an injury. so what I have done is signed up for a 15K June 5th. It really helps to have something to train for to keep me accountable with my running and I know that if I eat clean my runs will feel awesome.

I will keep you posted about my weight loss weekly. I will have a WI at home every sunday and post the results here. I am still going to do WI's at WW too but I like using my scale as results since I can do naked WI's :)

Well I must be off now. Need to make a grocery list for the week and then go get them. I hate getting groceries in the rain.
