What is left of it after sleeping until 1pm. I worked last night so I slept the morning away and finally got out of bed at 1. I could see that it was warm out based on the thermometer outside our kitchen window and from asking my husband. I set out to run in a tank top and capris. I can't believe that I am still able to run in those clothes on Nov 12th!!!! That is so awesome. I really, really hope that it means that we are going to have a mild winter. I was planning on doing just 3K as I am going to run hopefully 10K tomorrow but I ended up running 4K. I did have a small break at the top of a hill but stopped my garmin so I had 4K of actual running. I guess my head must have been in the right place.
Last night I really had the munchies but did ok. I was going to get a muffin but i didn't see any that would be a 10 in my mouth so I had a lara bar and a small choc milk. Both tasted so good. I did end up getting a banana nut muffin from Tims on my way home this morning. I can just feel that I had something that wasn't really a healthy choice. Tonight will be all about making healthy choices if I feel snacky. I don't think that I will though.
I could have worked an OT shift tonight but after this set I really did not feel like working.
I am going to have a chicken pizza on Naan bread. That is always a good post 2nd night supper :) I had my visalus shake after my run. Still loving the stuff and it does make me feel better.
I need to get the dishes done that accumulated after working nights. Just going to chill tonight with the kids.
