This is day #4 of trying hard to stick to the WW program and eat clean before heading to vegas. I actually have been doing awesome. I feel great. My eating has been great and I have ran for 3 days and did an hour long bootcamp class this morning :) I need to keep remembering this especially when working tonight and tomorrow night. Putting healthy foods into my body has been making me feel so much better.
I am planning on doing a longish run on sunday. Not quite sure how long it will be. I hope to do at least a 10K. One thing I need to work on with my shorter runs is not taking walk breaks. I know I can push myself through a short run but i find mentally I have been lacking the motivation. I give up to easy and take a walk break. I used to be able to run these runs with no walk breaks at all. I used to do my longer runs this way too but I know with the weight I put on that it may not be possible. I have 2 races coming up in march and I need to start training both physically and mentally for these races and eat as healthy as possible.
Well it is almost time to get my little boy so that is about all I have to say.
