starting over
As my previous post this morning I talked about how I need to just do something about my eating habits etc to get back to my healthy weight. I did just that. I was going to use today as a rest day as my plans for bootcamp had to be changed but I just got back from running 6K :) I love running but since putting on the extra weight it is a bit harder, and the fact I haven't been putting good fuel in my body doesn't help either. This run was awesome though and made me realize that I will do it. Running is so good for me both physically and mentally. I need to really show my body so much more respect as it is capable of doing such great things :)
