So i ordered this new shake powder called visalus. I was able to get 7 free samples from someone for ordering through the person she asked me too and I have had it the last 2 days. I must say that it is really yummy. I am using it for breakfast and adding banana to it. One thing that I like about it is adding milk to my diet again. I will be honest and tell you that I wasn't really drinking milk but getting my calcium from yogurt and I didn't even have that every day. I think that I will be buying a lot more milk now ;)
I have ran the last 2 days but with my cold it has been pretty hard. i went for a walk today, plan on doing a 3 or 4K run tomorrow and then on saturday I have a 5 and 10K race. I am just hoping to feel better by then. I have to go get my race kit tomorrow. I know that it won't be very good runs as the last couple of weeks I haven't been running as much but I am planning on getting out on the roads 5x/week to run and then ST 2-3x/week. The ST will be either bootcamp or going to the gym. I need to start working on getting in awesome shape for March when I plan on doing a half marathon and then the around the bay 30K. i really need to but my clean eating in full gear now as I know that helps with my running.
Well I have so much cleaning to do tomorrow and sunday and monday on my days off. Should be fun but i need to get it done as I want my house in tip top shape before Vegas
