I dont' always get to say that. I guess as a shift worker that tends to work 4 out of 6 weekends (not always full weekends but some full some partial with only 2 full weekends off) that term is not really used :( I sent a message to my husband today telling him that I sometimes get jealous of couples that I see out and about during the week days. We never really get to do that as he works mon-fri. He told me that he should be able to get off at noon today. That will work for me :)
I was debating on when to do my 3K run today and thankfully I did it as soon as I dropped my little man off at school. glad to have it out of the way. i just need to make sure to get my 7K run in sat or sun. I think starting on monday I will start doing some strength training. I may even go to lean and fit to talk to them about possibly getting PT sessions for what I am paying monthly instead of doing the bootcamp sessions. I sure hope they go for that idea. I probably would only get 2 sessions for what I am paying monthly.
I have been doing so good with my eating and feel great. I always seems to do well for 1 week and then I fall off the wagon. I am hoping to get through a 2nd week too and then we will keep going from there. Once 3 weeks are in things are a bit easier.
8 weeks until we go on our cruise. I did not realize that it is that soon. I need to do an 8 week challenge to look my best on this cruise. Basically what this challenge will include is:
eat clean
exercise
drink water
On sunday after I get up I will be doing my 1 week WI. I will post the results on sunday or monday. I have to remember to not be discouraged by the number on the scale but focus on how I feel.
