I will attempt to stay as focused on clean eating while we are away but I know that when we come back from Vacation I am going to be 100% focused on getting back to my healthy weight. Last night I had some treats for my son's bday party. I don't feel guilty about having them but what I did do was have some things after the party and too late at night. Late night eating can make for feeling gross the next day. All I can really do is focus on eating healthy today which is what I plan on doing.
I am so happy that I only have 2 more shifts until I will have some time off. The 5 nights that I did is going to take a while to recover from, especially since there are 2 days coming up of work. Oh well, I will just suck it up and keep remembering that I will be off soon :)
I was going to do hill training today but slept in until 8 and plus it was pouring out so needless to say it did not happen. I need to make sure to get up early enough tomorrow to get the 5K portion of this weeks training done. Thursday I should get up and do some strength training.
I need to make a list of things I need to do before we go away. That is something I could do instead of reading blogs, but you know which was is more fun ;)
