Goals for September

I am writting this post early as I am working the next 2 nights and I am at home today while Matthew has his group in the basement.


I can't believe that september is just around the corner. I have been doing some thinking about the summer and can't believe I spent so much time talking about getting back to my healthy weight and how I did not do it :( What I am proud of though is that I am doing well in the running department again. I am pretty pumped (and nervous) about my upcoming half marathon in October. I have a love hate relationship with training but more love for it really. This morning though I so did not want to get out of bed to run and now I wish I did. If my husband gets home on time I may head out to do some hill training. So my major goals for september will be to continue with my training and of course to get the healthy eating going 100%. I know that while we were away I felt so great on the days that my eating was on track and the more days I had that were healthy the better I felt. so my little trick will be to get a calender and add stickers to each day that I eat healthy and when I have completed a week I will get a small reward and when I have a month of stickers it will be a little bigger reward and of course the biggest reward will be when I am healthy and at a healthy weight :)

I want to strive to eat clean. It made me feel so much better when I was. Putting crap into my body just does not make sense. It really does make me feel like "crap"

Other things I will work on is getting my house in order. Not having a house in order makes me feel so disorganized and I don't like feeling that way.

I am hoping to be able to attend bootcamp again. I really hope that J will be able to start 2 of her classes 15 minutes later so that I can make it out to her place :)

Well here is to a great september and not more writting about what ifs!!
