What was I thinking...

So last night I went to work for an overtime shift. I work 2 more nights which means I will once again have worked 60 hrs in 5 days, this time though all my shifts have been nights. I have so many things that I need to do in the next week before we go away.

since I worked nights last night i did not do my long run this week. It will have to wait until next sat. I found it really hard to run today so I ran 4.6Km and walked probably 1 - 1.5 Km's. I found the humidity was pretty bad this afternoon and it doesn't help when I have worked nights.

I am doing good on the eating front. The scale is showing good results. I am hoping to have 4-5 lbs off before we leave. If I keep eating this healthy and exercising everyday it may happen. I need to make sure to stay OP while we are away so I am going to bring my scale with me just to keep me in check. i think in 2 weeks after I had my huge breakdown I am down 10.6 lbs (actually a little over 2 weeks)...not too bad and i did have one binge session in that 2 week period but I feel good about having my focus back and will be so busy this week that I should be ok.

I am excited about having 16 days off. It is well deserved and I am actually looking forward to spending some time with my husband and the boys. We need some quality family time.
