This year is slipping away and I am just now getting back on track. I just started a new WW journal and it is for 12 weeks. 12 weeks of tracking and staying OP, there really is no reason why I can't do this.
In order to do this I am making a huge batch of soup that should do me for lunches until we leave on our trip. I am really going to have to plan it out carefully my meals for when we are away. I am not going to blow it on our vacation. I think that it will help since I will be training for the half marathon.
speaking of the half marathon I had a pretty good run this morning. I actually was running faster then normal which surprised me. I need to remember when doing my long runs to start out slow and gradually build up my speed. I start hill training tomorrow which should be lots of fun ;) along with the hill training I really am going to try and get a bootcamp workout in. I may do it before supper. I am thinking 3:30 would be a great time to go out and do it. I need to really focus on getting 3 strength training workouts in a week.
