Well I was up bright and early this morning...thanks to a barking dog. It kind of sucked since I had to get up at 5:15 to go for my first Lean and Fit class. the drive wasn't too bad and the workout was actually amazing. I was able to do it and sure felt the burn. It is different then what I do at my other classes since we are moving all the time. Kind of like how bootcamp was when I first started it.
Then I had to go back for a nutrition information session. This is going to be a big change for me eating a protein, carb and fat with every meal. I am trying to plan my meals for the week but am finding it hard to come up with ideas. I just wish they had more posts on the Facebook page of meal ideas. Maybe I will suggest that.
I am going to a concert tonight and am really looking forward to this night out. One thing this plan says is no alcohol for 21 days but I have too many things going on to do that. I will just have to make sure to be perfect all the other days.
