I can't believe that I did this again but I signed up for a year of Lean and Fit. The distance between this place and my other bootcamp is about the same but there are more class times for Lean and Fit. I will still go to my other bootcamp on weekends that I am off but hopefully on weekdays I will be going to this new place. The new set up is pretty awesome, just 30 min workouts and they have a nutrition program. I want to learn the right way to eat. When I eat healthy I do ok but there is so much more room for improvement.
I am doing my first workout there tomorrow bright and early (6 am) and then later have a nutrition info session. I want to give this 100% but I do have a concert or 2 that I will want a few drinks. I also have a girls weekend in February. I will be 100% on all the days leading up to and after these events (this to me is more realistic). I am very interested in seeing what the nutrition session is all about. I just have all these aches and pains (my left knee and my right arm). I just hope that with losing weight these pains will be less.
I will right a little post tomorrow or friday on how these 2 things went. Here is to a healthy and active year :)
