Still going Strong :)

I hope that I will still be able to say that in a few months but right now I find that I am doing well on both the nutrition and exercise front.  I feel so much healthier then I did at the end of the year.  I had my first personal training session at John Savidis and it went well.  We didn't do a ton of exercises but I feel like we did.  With the squats that we did I really am feeling them in my inner thighs which is where we want to build up some strength.  I will be going to 2 more lean and fit classes this week and should be going to 2 classes at Jills.  I will try to get a few walk/runs in on the treadmill.  I love getting up early and getting it done.  Tomorrow I will have to wake up around 2:30 and get a run in and have something to eat and then I will be going to the class.  It will be weird working out in the afternoon but I really need to get used to it.

I only have 4 days off after this set of work so I need to really make good use of my time.  Friday will be grocery day and saturday I will do my best to get 4 days worth of meals done.  It will be hard to come up with meal ideas but I will do my best to do this.  I will have a look on pinterest and see if I can find some good ideas.  I just don't want to ever be bored with what I am eating!!

I just ordered a bunch of workout tops, pr of workout pants and a couple of hoodie style things.  I ordered them a bit smaller then I am now so they will be a reward for myself when I get a bout 10-15 more lbs off :)

Well I am going to do some browsing on Pinterest for yummy meal ideas :)
