yo yo dieting

Yesterday at work we were having the conversation about losing lg amts of weight and then putting them back on and how hard that must be on your body.  I having been doing that for years.  I never used any chemicals or any drastic weight loss tactics but clearly I have a major issue with keeping weight off.  This time I am just going to take each day at a time and make sure I just make healthy choices.  I think all the other times I have not allowed myself to have meals eating out which I need to just do that when the opportunity arises and just make the best choice possible.

I am so looking forward to my treadmill getting here.  I want to really start running again.  I just hope when I get the results of my MRI it won't put a stop to that.  I really want to make it to bootcamp this week so it means that I will have to suck it up and go after working nights.  Not fun but I am going to try really hard to go wednesday and friday.

So my 2 days that I have been on track of gone well and I am amazed (but not really surprised) at how great it makes me feel (well except for this cold that can't decide what it is going to do).  I just really want to keep this healthy eating up.

Well that is all for now.  I will check in on sunday with week 1's WI results.
