Sept 1st

Wow the past month flew by and here we are into another month. Sept and October are a couple of my fave months. I love how it is still warm during the day and then cool in the evenings and in the mornings (important for those of us who do early morning runs). I did run the last 2 days after getting up from working nights and I will be honest in saying that they were difficult runs which I think partly had to do with how warm it was. I guess I will find out tomorrow for sure if that was the reason when I will get up early and run 5K. Gearing up for my saturday 14K run :)

I am really hoping to have 10 lbs off by the time I write my Oct 1st entry. This will so happen if I stick to the clean eating, keep up with my training and with the restart of bootcamp. I am really hoping that the times will work out for me and that I will be able to do it 2-3x/week. Not only will this change in exercise help but bootcamp and its principles really motivate me to eat clean :)

I have the next 5 days off which I am excited about. I am hoping to get a lot of work done around the house and some good soups made to take for work. There is a black bean one in Mama Pea's book that I am going to try. Soups make great foods to take for work for lunches so I want to make lots. I should make a different one each week.

Well I must go and shower now. I have an appt for some waxing!!!
