mid week cleanse update

I can't get over how much I am enjoying this cleanse.  I am really liking the foods and I now know for next week to just pick and choose a few of the dishes and make those and have them through out the week since they make such big servings (will save some money doing it this way).   I feel like I am sleeping a lot better then normal.  There really isn't the time spent thinking about stuff which is awesome.  I go to sleep relatively quickly.

Exercise is going ok.  I have ran for 3 days now and tomorrow I get to go to bootcamp which is awesome.  It will be fun to see how everyone else is making out.  I probably will do my measurements when I go to class on monday.

I am not really missing the coffee and pop that much which is surprising.  Other then the 1 slip with 1/2 a bottle the other day I haven't touched any more pop.  I thought for sure I would have headaches for days but so far so good.  Just one day and I don't know if I can really blame it on the lack of caffeine.

I will probably take a look tonight at what is suggested for the menu for next week and make out my weeks worth of foods and make a grocery list.  I love having all these ideas for the meals on this cleanse.  It really makes it so much easier to get back on track.

The scale has been going down really fast but I am thinking it could be because of the time I weighed myself on the first day.  Oh well when I weigh myself on sunday I will use that total for week's 1 results.  I had eaten so bad over thanksgiving that I am not surprised that the weigh came off like it has. I know that it will slow down now.
