Reflections of week 1

So I did it.  I complete my first week of being clean.  It actually wasn't as hard as I thought it was going to be.  I feel amazing and really want to keep feeling this way.
things that I believe helped me get back on the wagon:

1.  meal planning and menu prep
2.  a lot of self talk
3.  taking this addiction seriously

Entering week 2 with a positive mind set and lots of motivation to eat as healthy as possible while we are away.  Hopefully I will have a positive post when we get back home.

Stay on the wagon!!!!
