I am now on my 2nd week of trying to clean things up in my diet/lifestyle. as you know I had a great first week and just from avoiding my trigger foods I am down 7 lbs!!!!!! that is the added bonus of eating healthy.
I had a great class at Jills today and am a little bit sad that I will be missing a few classes while we are away. I just need to make sure I do some of her daily challenges while away and get some form of activity (run or walk) each day that I am away.
I also need to work on my attitude at work. I tend to get caught up in the moment when talking about someone etc and I really want to stop doing that. I would not want people to talk about me so I am sure they feel the same way. It makes me look bad if I gossip etc. This will be a goal that I want to reach by the end of the year.
I have a concert to go to in 11 days. I would love to have 15 lbs off but realistically I am hoping for 10 lbs. I am really looking forward to this concert. 2 great canadian country singers will make for an awesome show and going with my good friend/concert going buddy.
I have a lot to do today and tomorrow so I should get going…heading to the mall to see if I can get a couple of outfits to wear when down east. Another reason why reaching my goal weight will be so awesome…having more fun shopping for clothes :)
