October

I can't believe that it is October already.  Time is just flying by!!!  I have just 2 more shifts to go and I will be off for 2 weeks.  We will be going to visit some family for 6 of my days off which will be nice.  Like I mentioned it will be hard to avoid those trigger foods but I must do it.  I have 4 days under my belt which I am happy with.  I am feeling so much better after just 4 days.

Exercise I still need to work on.  I just couldn't get myself out of bed to go for runs before my day shifts.  I think I will just plan on going to the gym before work.  I may have more motivation to do that then running outside that early.  I just wish the gym opened right at 5 instead of 530 (well they usually are open by 515 but 5 would work so much better for me.  I went to Jills fora bootcamp class today and it was good but hard.  I need to make it there as often as I can.  I hope to do some strength training at the gym too with previous workouts she has given me.  I want to get in the best shape of my life and start 2016 feeling great about myself

We have to have our vacation requests in by November 1st.  I already know 2 sets that I want off and I am so worried I won't get what I have asked for.  if I don't I just hope that I will be able to get switches.    I have the Nashville trip and then the trip down east and boots and hearts.  2 big and expensive events that I really really need to have off!!!!
