So I had been doing quite well until thurs and fri with my eating. I kind of lost a bit of control on those days and felt it in every aspect that I could. I sucked it up today and went to get weighed in and was down 3.9 lbs :) Yeah me. I know I could have done better but I slipped for 2 days. I am going to work really hard this week. It will be a challenge though since we are having a bistro for 2 out of my 3 nights. I will just watch my portions and try to make healthy choices. I want to have a rockin' week since I will be running a 15K race next sunday. I was going to do a long run today but am saving that for tomorrow. I need to make sure that I am in bed no later then 10pm. I will be getting up early (hopefully I can get out of bed by 6) and will do 13-14k. I am just going to do a loop twice and then the last 4K will be a bit different with a nice hill at the end :
I know that I am involved in a challenge for june (started already) through bootcamp and part of the challenge is not only to lose 5 lbs but to do 50 jj's, 50 mountain climbers and 50 burpies/day. I did the first 2 already today but my tummy is a bit full so i am going to wait until it is empty before attempting the burpies.
I really need to try and get to a yoga class tomorrow so I won't be too stiff.
Need to think of what to have for supper tonight...something yummy and fun should be the plan.
