Yeah my long run today went so much better then last weeks. Not quite sure what made it so much better but I will take it. I only did 13 this morning instead of 14 so that I would not burn myself out this week before my 15K race. I am feeling pretty good going into this race. I always find that i am pumped when running with a group of other runners. My eating got back on track yesterday and I am really hoping that with working 5 shifts this week that it will help. I am going for my WI on friday since I am working friday night and don't want to get up to soon on saturday and go for a WI. Friday will be a rest day for me in terms of exercise, well I may go for a walk, to it will be a great day for the WI. I really believe that if I am perfect in what I eat I may see teh 150's again. If not on their scale then I should on mine :)
I am hoping to go to hot yoga at noon today but I already missed church due to some stomach issues. I will see how I feel in a bit. If I still have some pain I will pass. I could go after work tomorrow night but I will see how I feel at the end of the shift.
Today I need to get some groceries for the week and make some chili. I am cooking up some beans and I have 2 chicken breasts that I will cook and use as the meat part of the chili. I do love pulled chicken in my chili the best.
Well I am going to have to go and pick up the boys from church. Just waiting for a text from my husband telling me to go get them.
