I have had a good day being back on track. i did have some oatmeal for my evening snack since I had 9 pts left over for the day. I went to bootcamp this evening for an hour long class.
Tomorrow I really hope that i can get up and feel good about the run that I will do. I know that I will be doing a run I just hope that the getting out of bed part will be ok.
I have my food planned for tomorrow and I will make it my goal to stick to it :)
