I have been on track for 3 days and feel great about that. Today I went for a 12K run. I must admit but in the last 5 KM's of the run I did a walk/run. I am just hoping that my long run on saturday will be better.
I am doing nights tonight and tomorrow night. I honestly am hoping that because our days were busy that tonight won't be too bad. I have a cooler filled with snacks and need to promise myself that I will stay on track for my nights. I am thinking that if I get a week under my belt that I will get a lot of my motivation back.
