This is what I did for activity today. I did a 1 hr long bootcamp class and then at noon I went and did an hour of Hot Yoga :) Yeah for being active today but it made me quite hungry around supper time. I know that i probably ate too much but I will figure out the pts and keep on going.
Tomorrow morning I will be getting up nice and early to do a 5K run. Then I am back to work for my set of 4.
Tonight I may or may not have some popcorn which will be more flex points. I will see how I feel in an hour or so.
Off to watch the news and the electon coverage. I did vote.
