An active 2 days

I have been doing pretty good the last few days with my eating. I am going to try and stay off the scale until friday morning. I am hoping to see the 150's again or be very close. Once I reach the 150's I will reevaluate things to get the next 10 lbs off.

so back to the active thing. Yesterday morning I got myself out of bed so that I could run early enough and still go to church. Yeah me, I did 10K :) I am so happy that I was able to do this. I really want to make sure that I keep my long runs at 10K or longer. On friday I want to do 12K. I am training for a 15K race in a couple of weeks so I need to get a few long runs in before this race. After that I am going to start thinking about my next half marathon and figure out a good training program. I am thinking that I may just start at week 1 of the 16 week program that I have used for my other 2 races as it works well. The only thing is that the long runs at the beginning would be less then 10K so I many just keep them at 10K so I won't lose the endurance.

This morning I did a 1 hr bootcamp class and then did 1 hr of hot yoga. I am really liking going to bootcamp again and hope to get at least 2 classes in/week and if possible have them both be 1 hr long ones. 3 would be awesome but I don't think that will be able to happen. So if it doesn't happen I should get my butt to the gym to do some strength training.

This time of day I want to eat and I did have a granola bar but I need to keep reminding myself that my body is just trying to trick me into eating and I really don't want to fall for it. I want to get this extra weight off and giving into the tricks my mind plays on me won't help.

Tomorrow I will try to do a 6 or 7 K run. I just hope it isn't raining out.
