and I need to leap on to it and not look back. This weight watcher has not been doing well the last 2 days and this is how I am gaining weight and not having any success. You can't go a few days eating great and then eating everything in sight. It is not healthy in so many ways and the weight will not come off.
I started today off great. I wasn't going to go for a run but my hubby provided me told me to go and I listened to him. Now that I am home and have a 5K under my belt I feel much better then when i first woke up.
I so need to get my focus back. I have been feeling horrible and I am the only one that can fix things.
Starting to track today...have a lunch out and will try and do my best to not go overboard.
