Back to Bootcamp

So my foot started out being sore but about 10 min into the class it actually felt better. so I kept going putting in a hour long bootcamp class. I felt AMAZING after I was done. These classes always make me feel like I work my butt off and feel great both physically and mentally while doing the class and especially after :) I need to promise myself to do these classes 3x/week and then run 4x/week. If I am unable to attend a bootcamp class with J then I will take my butt to the gym where all the equipment that I need will be there. I know that having these 2 form of exercise in my life will help me get back to my feel great weight.

So I can offically say that I had a great 1st day of being "sober". I did dip into the almonds in the evening and had about 12 but considering what I usually have and the fact that this food was "clean" it counts as a perfect day. but as of today no more going over alotted points!! The next 2 days I am at work so I need to make sure that I don't eat when I get home. When I get home I will get things ready for the next day and then head to bed. I am always tired after work so I think that this is an ok plan. Saturday night I may save some pts and have a snack when I get home from work as I don't have to get up as early in the morning but I do need to get up early enough to try and get 10K in.

I am making my fave chili from the eat clean diet book at some point today. It was so yummy. I am pretty sure that I made to many so I will freeze the leftovers so that I will have them for next time :)

Well off to finish reading blogs and then get to work on my chili.
