I had something upsetting happen to me the other day and I turned to food to find comfort which actually made me feel worse. I went through a couple of bad situations before and both times I turned to food and it really did not help. I want to use this to get my life back to where it was. I don't want life events to make me gain weight. I will not curl up in a ball and that life slip by.
I am going to eat clean and follow the points like I know I can do.
I am going to exercise everyday.
I will feel better mentally and physically.
