Meal plan for the day

For breakfast I had steel cut oats with 1/2 banana and 1 tbsp of pb

Lunch was maui black been soup with 2 ryvita crackers and 1/2 banana

snack was an apple and almonds

supper is going to be chicken, sweet potato and quinoa with veggies and goat cheese

I am going to try and make this all I am going to eat. If I feel like I need something while watching TV I will fill up my water bottle and sip on water. I will go to bed when I feel tired. That is what PVR'S are for...to tape shows when to tired a night to watch them :)

I will let you know if this worked out for me today.
