A nice and easy 3K run

That is what I did today for my run when I got up...3K. Tomorrow is my 3rd half marathon. I am actually quite nervous about it for some reason. I just need to go out there and enjoy it. Positive mental attitude and talk will help me do this run. I am a little nervous about the heat too. I don't think I have ever done a long run let alone a race at 10am. Oh well it gives me time to have a small breakfast and some coffee. I am thinking I will get up at 7 and do this so the food has plenty of time to settle. I hate exercising with a full feeling belly.

I went for my WI today. I actually was thinking I was going to be up since I had a couple of days where I had quite a few of my flex points. I was pleasantly surprised with a .5 loss. Any amount of the scale going down makes me happy. I just want to get out of the 160's. I seem to just be stuck here. a few weeks of being OP should help me break this plateau.

I just had a Naan pizza and it was so yummy. It was about 11 pts but thankfully I am post nights and had the points for this. I had green and red pepper, onion, bbq sauce, goat cheese and chicken on it...YUMMY A very good choice for a post night shift supper. It is worth every point.
