Doing ok but not 100% yet

with my eating that is. I probably ate a bit too much last night after work...not sure why I do that but it needs to stop. I was supposed to run 10K this morning but because of all the extra food I ate last night I feel gross and not really up to doing it. I may go around 1 or 2 and not have anything else to eat. I will see how that goes. I really want to get a longish run in this weekend.

I need to get it together as tomorrow is 4 weeks til vegas. I know I can reach a certain weight by then if I give it 100%.

We had a interesting day at work yesterday and that is all I have to say about that.

Going to watch my baby have his hockey practice. Nothing like watching tyke hockey :)
