It is not really 8 weeks of being on track since I want it to be a lifestyle change but it is 8 weeks until I go to vegas with someone from work. I want to feel my best when I go so I know what I have to do. Eat healthy and exercise. Those 2 things make me happy so why oh why do I do things that I know will make me feel like crap. Is it self sabatoging or what????
I started the morning off with a 6K run. I have never had my calves feel so tight before, not really sure what that was about. Tomorrow I have an 8K schedule so hopefully my calves won't be as tight.
My FIL is picking up my little boy from school so I will be able to nap this afternoon, how awesome is that!!!!!
Well here is to 8 weeks of really focusing my all on healthy eating and looking forward to a girls trip :)
